Instructor-Led Professional Development Program
I designed and launched WeVideo's instructor-led professional development program to onboard and train users on the product and relevant use cases. I created six turnkey workshops, served as the lead facilitator, and trained a team of customer success managers in order to scale the program.
Certification & Badging Program
I designed and launched WeVideo's certification & badging program, providing new customers an asynchronous learning path to onboard to the product, as well as returning customers a learning path to upskill and obtain resume-building badges certifying their skills. To build this program, I created five courses targeting two key customer segments at different phases of the customer journey.
Fast-Paced Microlearning Course
I designed and launched a series of microlearning courses designed to expand use of our product across new use cases and key growth areas. The courses target specific user-segments and aim to deliver time to first value sooner. The courses are designed to be consumed in 30 minutes or less, meeting the demands of teachers' busy schedules.

Teach Core Content with WeVideo
I drew inspiration from these courses from the lightning learning courses created by Adobe's education team. Each course focuses on a different content area, showing teachers how to use digital storytelling and creativity to help students achieve standards-based learning outcomes.
Each course consists of a series of short video-based lessons featuring a variety of content including animations, on-screen video, and screen recordings. I handled everything from original concept to pre-and-post-production, as well as producing marketing assets. Each course includes a lesson connecting the product to standards-based instruction and a variety of project ideas; lessons covering the workflow of assigning, managing, and assessing a specific standards-aligned project from the in-product curriculum library; and a lesson on creating interactive instructional videos using tools ranging across the full product suite, aimed at supporting the company rebrand as a video learning platform.
Here's an example of the first lesson from the courses, teach literacy and language arts with wevideo. This lesson features on-screen instruction combined with animated illustrations I created in Adobe After Effects in order to elevate the production value of course content.

Video Tutorial Library & Product Learning Hub
I created over 50 tutorial videos, built a video tutorial library, and built the main product learning hub.
